Hair Arvina Terms & Conditions

Here at Hair Arvina we do our best to ensure that all products are in perfect condition when purchased.

However, if you do receive an item with a fault we are happy to exchange or refund the item. 

If you have any issues or faults with the hair systems before sending back the hair system to us, please contact our Customer Service team, prior to sending the hair system back so that we can advise on how to return it to us.

To be eligible for a return/exchange you must observe the following conditions; 

The hair system must be in original condition, unworn, uncut or altered in anyway. We cannot accept returned items that have had the lace cut or been worn.

When trying on the hair system please take care with the item and do not cut the lace until you are satisfied. 

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and a refund or exchange will not be issued.

The exact conditions of us accepting the package back & offering a refund:

  • If Hair Arvina receive the wig back with any problems and can see the wig has been worn, Hair Arvina will be unable to refund you.
  • If the wig is damaged in any way Hair Arvina cannot offer a refund, this means wigs must be in original condition (no lace cut, no holes).
  • The wig must be returned within 7 days of receiving the wig.
  • If the wig is returned without all of the packaging Hair Arvina are unable to provide a refund

With the exception of a faulty hair system, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. 

Refunds will be issued back via your original payment method, please note that your financial institution may need up to 10 working days to process the funds back to your account.
